It is very important to understand the difference between what is "stress" and what is "toxins". Stress is the body's reaction to stressful situations. This is very different than a chemical substance. If you take a test to see how long it takes you to become dizzy, it is NOT a stress reaction. If you take the same test and a second test and see that you don't get dizzy, you are stressed! Toxins are chemicals which can build up in the body when there is stress, and can cause problems. If you have a problem, you will need to address that first. Your symptoms may come and go, but the stress of a problem will always be there. The second problem is that some chemicals can cause a body to produce toxic chemicals which the body then excretes out of the body. These chemicals can be found in the urine and hair, the eye and mouth. The skin is one of the largest places where you can find these chemicals. Some of them can be easily treated with antibiotics or by having a dermatologist make a skin-testing kit. If you are not sure if your skin is healthy, a skin-testing kit can tell you. A skin-testing kit is a piece of equipment that you put on your skin.
